Gerry is a perpetual student committed to providing excellent early childhood education and building fantastic teams. Prior to Cambridge, Gerry worked in finance, television production and insurance. He graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a double major in math and economics.

Jane BautistaVice-President of Metro Manila North
From teaching children, to training teachers, to directing a centre, Teacher Jane has done it all in her 20 year career in preschools! Her passion is bringing quality education to all. Teacher Jane volunteers at nearby public schools, conducts parenting seminars for young couples, and gives inspirational talks to teachers and students. She majored in Psychology at Centro Escolar University and earned units for Teaching in the Early Grades from the University of the Philippines before earning her LET. She’s happily married and has 2 adorable kids and loves writing on her journal while sipping on a good cup of coffee.

Mel Delos SantosVice President of Metro Manila Central
After receiving her degree in Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management, Melanie pursued her passion in teaching and applied in Cambridge as a Chinese teacher. Since then, she has been with Cambridge for almost 4 years, handling both Chinese and English classes from Playgroup to Kinder levels, and was the Centre Directress of Binondo.

Blue RagudoVice President of Metro Manila South
Teacher Blue believes that teaching preschool is “meaningful play” that should primarily aim to develop children’s love for learning. This was a calling that she pursued even as a Business Administration graduate. She took up Education units at Philippine Normal University and first taught at Tumble Tots Britain’s International Preschool in Davao City. She has been with Cambridge since 2007, initially as a Toddler Teacher and eventually became the Centre Directress of the Alabang branch for 4 years. Now she is currently managing all the Centres in the South Area and will continue to make it her mission to give every child a great start in life.

Arleene RolloHead of External Operations and Franchising
While volunteering for children with special needs , Teacher Arleene decided to leave banking behind and follow her heart to become an educator. She became a Toddler and Nursery teacher in 2002, and a Centre Directress for Cambridge Binondo soon after. She is a pronounced advocate of educating the young and giving quality preschool education to children from all walks of life. Teacher Arleene’s fascination with human behaviour led her to Major in Psychology at Centro Escolar University and inspired her to become a candidate for a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from De La Salle University - Manila.

Michele Marie SimbulanHead of Internal Operations
Her love for learning and being with children started her love affair with teaching. A true Iska at heart, Teacher Michele finished her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Masters in Education for Teaching in the Early Grades K-2 from the University of the Philippines. She started her career in Cambridge in 2007 as a Nursery Teacher and moved up to be the Centre Directress in the BHS centre in 2011. In 2013, she moved to the Head Office as a Business Development Associate and in 2016, became the Head of Internal Operations. Her OC-ness and love for math led her to what she does now in Cambridge. In her free time, Teacher Michele can be found in the kitchen, cooking or playing with her loving niece Juju.

Cathy Manapul-HwangHead of Training
Teacher Cathy’s passion for education comes with an uncompromising dedication and commitment to her work. A Lasallian since birth, she finished her studies with a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education and passed her Licensure Examination for Teachers shortly thereafter. She started as a Preschool teacher in 2011 and eventually became the Centre Directress of Cambridge Alabang in 2013. She then took on the challenge to become a trainer, and eventually came to head the department. On her free days, you can usually find her at the beach.

Kim MaronillaHead of Chinese Department
Laoshi Kim believes that every child will excel if they love what they are learning. She finds great joy when her students tell her they are excited for Chinese class and want to learn more. Born in Singapore, you might catch her talking in her Singaporean accent when on the topic of her love for spicy food. She majored in International Communications at Macquarie University in Australia and later earned her masteral units in Basic Education from Ateneo de Manila. She has been teaching Chinese at Cambridge for 4 years and is now the head of the Chinese department.

Maricel RazonBusiness Development
Teacher Cel is a vivacious person who takes on every challenge as an opportunity for growth and learning. Having so much passion for educating children, she earned her BS in Family Life and Child Development, and continuing Masteral study in Educational Administration both from the University of the Philippines. Cambridge has been her first love. A day after graduation, she started working as a Nursery teacher. Three years later, she is now Cambridge’s Trainer. She firmly believes that she can change the world one child (or one teacher) at a time!

Nathan RiñonOperations Specialist
Nathan is a reserved, yet responsible person. He finished his college degree of Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics last 2010 at University of Caloocan City. His big smiles will make you feel happy and comfortable. He really loves to travel, and working with Cambridge is like a dream come true for him as an Operations Specialist.

Raissa EsguerraMarketing Director
Teacher Raissa joined Cambridge Alabang in 2014, right after graduating from the Ateneo de Manila University, and interning as an English teacher in Bari, Italy. Since then, she's taught levels from Pre-Toddler to Nursery 2, and worked as the center's Marketing Associate. Wanting to share her love and faith in the Cambridge method, Teacher Raissa later moved on to the Head Office as the Marketing Director for Cambridge Philippines. She is determined to showcase the quality and magic of each Cambridge centre and teacher, guided by her own everlasting love for teaching.


Ysh LindoTrainer
Teacher Ysh is a girl of many talents--from food photography, events coordinating, arts and crafts, and teaching young minds. She believes that through teaching, she was able to find her "Ikigai"-- a Japanese concept meaning "a reason for being” or “doing what you’re good at, doing what the world needs, doing what you love and doing what you can be paid for".
Teacher Ysh earned her degree in Elementary Education Major in Early Childhood Education from De La Salle University-Manila.
