The Mid-Autumn Festival is a harvest festival celebrated notably by the Chinese and Vietnamese people. Last September 28, 2018, Cambridge Congressional celebrated Mid-Autumn Festival during their Friday Free Day.
The kids decorated a Chinese Lantern Sun Catcher, these lanterns symbolize vitality and good luck that can be placed on windows of your house.
We also played the dice game. Hooray for chocolate coins!
Teacher also gave some knowledge to the kids about the mooncake, and after which, the kids had a bite each. Yum!
